The Memphis Grizzlies, who spent their first six years in Vancouver, are one of the league's youngest teams.

 They are not just one of the youngest, but also one of the least accomplished, having only made it out of the first round of the playoffs four times in their 28-year history.

In fact, they did not win a single game in their first three postseason visits in their history, not until 2011.

Nonetheless, the Grizzlies have one of the strongest young cores in the NBA right now — assuming Ja Morant can right the ship of his troubled off-court life.

Only three years had passed before the Grizzlies opted to reset the clock, officially ending their Grit and Grind era.
