Tom Holland's 'Spider-Man' Replacement Is Confirmed

Due to the strikes, Spider-Man 4 talks have been put on hold, meaning Tom Holland may not appear in the franchise for a long time.

As he has often stated, these delays may lead to his resignation. His replacement's confirmation strengthens this theory.

Sony's Spider-Man world focuses on the villains who fight the Web Head. Tom Hardy's Venom started this villain universe.

Morbius opened the path for Kraven the Hunter and Madame Web, despite its box financial failure.

Sony is turning most of these comic book villains into anti-heroes that may perhaps team up to battle a new Spider-Man.

It may not be Spider-Man. Tobey Maguire and Andrew Garfield might perhaps reprise their brands.

Tom Holland also said he would prefer Spider-Gwen to replace him, which could work given Hailee Steinfeld's success as the character in the Spider-Verse flicks.

Sydney Sweeney of Euphoria finally confirmed to Variety that she will play Julia Carpenter, Spider-Woman, in Madame Web.
