Zelda TOTK Perfectly Compensates for BOTW's Final Boss

Tears of the Kingdom makes up for Breath of the Wild's final boss fight. After Link and Princess Zelda release Ganondorf from his captivity in Hyrule Castle, the new Nintendo Switch game begins.

This event causes Sky Islands and continent fragmentation. Both titles have parallels and differences.

Each game's final boss fights change. Zelda: Breath of the Wild pitted players against Calamity Ganon, an ancient and evil power that had plagued Hyrule for over 100 years.

Zelda had confined it, waiting for Link to awaken and defeat it. Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom's last boss fight pits players against a considerably stronger opponent.

The last boss fight in BOTW is easy, but Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom makes up for it. Liberating Hyrule's Divine Beasts can easily defeat Calamity Ganon, the game's largest danger.

This special help can half BOTW's final boss's HP bar, making the epic boss fight less impressive. The new Zelda game lacks this vibe.

Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom makes Ganondorf a formidable final boss to make up for BOTW's easy fight. Demon King Ganondorf has a massive HP bar and makes Ganondorf even harder to defeat.

Because not all Sage Abilities in Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom deal damage, he will still have a significant amount of HP even if players use all of them.
